I called in to ask for clarification on content within the Corporate Registry Act and the subsequent FAQ's. I was responded to by a horrible woman who treated me terribly. She treated my question as idiotic, despite the genuine nature, Refused to answer any questions, even the most basic questions despite the website specifically saying to call in with any inquiries. It's like they expect you to be an expert, no matter what, and refuse to serve any layperson. They are so unprofessional and rude.
