Inform Pilates is a lovely place to come, staff are warm and welcoming and the instructors are fabulous. They’re so knowledgeable and explain things well and adjust the exercises to where I’m at each week. Pilates has helped me build strength and understand my body better. Highly recommend.
All the staff at Inform are friendly, helpful and professional. Motivating me takes a lot, but it’s the people all spending time with me over the years that has enabled me to stay fit ! I have a chronic disease and KNOW that with their help I am still fit !
