I’ve been coming to inform for 22 years. Using the Inform “philosophy” and my trainer’s (Robert) personalized workout has made a big difference in my body and my ability to maintain my muscle, particularly as I age. I leave each workout with my muscles quivering. The few times I’ve stopped over the years for personal reasons has resulted in a big negative change in my body. I cannot imagine working out without going to Inform. Add to it, that my trainer is incredibly flexible with my schedule. I can recommend it enough.
I have been training with Robert for many years. I feel stronger and healthier. I wish I had more time in my week to go more! Maybe one day.
