They are very customer service oriented and helpful when you call with questions about billing.
I will make sure to ask my medical providers if they are using Inform Diagnostics - if they are, I will change medical providers. This company sent my $40 bill to collections without any warning - way to antagonize customers! Got the invoice once, then collections - this service was provided 4 months ago. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want them to wreck your credit!
It is bad enough to worry about having cancer, but it is atrocious that companies like this one prey on those individuals. Their fees are completely out of line and I hope at some point they're held responsible for what they're doing to people.
It’s been a year since the service and we have been billed incorrectly over and over again with the most recent one yesterday. Several times I have faxed our explanation of benefits from our insurance for the bill to be corrected. They still keep sending the same invoiced amount with a new due date. It’s been a YEAR of this! By this time the deng bill needs to forgiven! When you call they offer up to 40% off however that’s still more than our insurance stated is owed. This place!!!!! I had treatment 6/16, my portion of the bill was $519. Paid payments of $119, $125, $137.50 every month. Last check cleared on 9/26/23. I have a balance of $137.50 and they send me to a collection agency!!!!!!?????? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
