My doctor started using this new company and sent a mole out to be tested because of suspicions activity. Well to my surprise this lab sent me a bill of $86.01 after my insurance paid $178.00 already. I have never received a bill from the lab with other items sent to a lab for testing in the past. Let me tell you about HOWARD! He went above and beyond to assist us with an invoice that was not even in his area to have to do so. Howard reached out to us when we had questions, followed up and provided THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I will make sure to ask my medical providers if they are using Inform Diagnostics - if they are, I will change medical providers. This company sent my $40 bill to collections without any warning - way to antagonize customers! Got the invoice once, then collections - this service was provided 4 months ago. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want them to wreck your credit!
