Dear Sir/Madam, Andrew is an excellent teacher who clearly knowledgeable, charismatic, enthusiastic, good sense of humor and overall understands how to help students retain as much information as possible. I thought that I wasn't going to be able to retain any of the information when it came to the exam but I surprised myself and owe it to Andrew. As a student of his I encourage those who will be going for the certification to take his class. Thank you very much
