Have been here for many years before they moved to the current location. Dr. Joseph and the front desk lady Mary are always very patient and knowledgeable. They are willing to answer all questions even though they are busy. They give honest opinions rather than just trying to earn your money. The prices here are affordable. It is also great to see all the Christian decorations and the prayer request box in the clinic. May God use this place to bless more people.
Optometrist was great, very informative and showed he cares about his clients. It’s a shame that’s overshadowed by the terrible customer service over the phone. Firstly it’s common for my calls to be “dropped” when I call and get placed on hold, secondly what was initially to take 2 weeks for my glasses has now turned to 4. I was told last week that the lenses were out of stock ,though after another call today, they gave me the same sorry ass excuse and couldn’t even really give a proper ETA for me. Dr is very caring, knowledgeable and professional. He completes thorough eye exams. Staff is professional and friendly.
Dr Joey is absolutely wonderful! I love this place because it doesn’t have the typical scary and fluorescent energy that an optometrist office would have, but has a warm, homey feel. The appointments almost feel like therapy, as Dr Joey will relate your eye troubles to aspects of your personality. I have been going here for 2 years and have never had an issue! Dr Joey does prayer requests, and truly brings the light of Jesus into his work. He knows his stuff.
