Ok so getting an appointment can be tough. No one answers the phone. I ended up going in person to make an appointment, but it was pretty smooth after that. Dr. Joseph is very knowledgeable and very insightful. He may come across as a bit too much and I can see why maybe some would feel uncomfortable but I would say he is worth it. My wife, he diagnosed an issue previous optometrists hadn't noticed within 10 seconds of seeing her and it made a huge difference in her prescription. Huge game changer. The doctor was very friendly but on the other hand the front desk ladies (except for one of them) were very rude.
