if i could give it a zero i would. i came right as they opened and they were closed. i tried calling and there was no answer. truly horrible.
I came at 5:50pm on a Monday , and the workers waved their hands and said they are closed. The website says that they close at 8pm so I am not sure why they are closed. They need to update the website if they are going to close early . This was written at 5:58pm

The lady at the front desk was horrible and rude. I just wanted my test results which were supposed to be back by monday and she literally just said “no”. then i asked if i could speak to the doctor and again an abrupt “no”. do not come here
I will never come back to this facility! I’ve never been at an urgent care where they charge you an extra $3 to use a credit card! I was there yesterday with my daughter to take a covid test. I get a phone call saying she was positive but I was negative. Baffling as that is I have to make the necessary arrangements with her school, so I called back. I was kept on hold for 24 minutes and no one ever answered!! Then I get an email stating that I was positive and was advised to self quarantine!?!? What?’! That’s unprofessional ... read more
