I took off work to get my transvaginal ultrasound done at InFocus OKC only to find out at the time of my appointment that it's not available - for whatever reason. So I don't appreciate that I wasn't notified ahead of time of this. I was offered an abdominal ultrasound instead, and I was told that I would not get charged anything, but I got charged regardless. Disappointing experience compared to the great things I had heard about InFocus, unfortunately. The tech didn’t say she wasn’t getting all of the pictures she needed due to baby’s position, but I wondered if that’s what was going on so I asked if it would be helpful if I got up and moved to see if baby would change positions. She didn’t have me do that. When I received the results, I found out a part of the spine was not able to be visualized and now they want me to pay $185 for a follow up for just that one thing, which is ... read more
Super amazing staff and so helpfula d accomdating… We drove 3 hours from Dallas becuase we could kot get an appointmet on time and Dawn was able to help us next day. Amazing facility, amazing Sonographer tech (forgot her name) she was super amazing and helpful with tons of experiance… highly recommend …. No regrets!!!
