I had my identity stolen while under this. They did NOTHING!!!!!!!
Constantly freezing up, privacy policies change so delete data is of no use. Basically it's a "Hey, you're info has been stolen, just to let you know and there is nothing you can do about it!"
Will not allow me to move on after I put my information in. I tried both phone & desktop.
This is a waste of money. Identity theft protection did not protect us from online bank fraud.Allstate only provided websites to review and complete complaints.The CFCB,FTC did nothing to assist us.Your money is not insured.Our account was hacked BOA denied any issues even though there were 3 different accounts comprised.Since BOA stated I needed to prove I did not transfer the funds to a different bank which we have no relation with. Allstate insurance also denied our claim because of BOA determination
