This is a waste of money. Identity theft protection did not protect us from online bank fraud.Allstate only provided websites to review and complete complaints.The CFCB,FTC did nothing to assist us.Your money is not insured.Our account was hacked BOA denied any issues even though there were 3 different accounts comprised.Since BOA stated I needed to prove I did not transfer the funds to a different bank which we have no relation with. Allstate insurance also denied our claim because of BOA determination

Waste of money, they don't do anything for you, you have to figure out how to navigate their website and do all the monitoring yourself. They double-billed me for over a year, and it took hours and hours of time and multiple phone calls while I was still double-billed for a year to get it to stop and get a refund, and it is still ongoing 18 months later! Their customer service is terrible. Find another company for identity protection.

My review was either deleted or not posted.Probably because it was full of the truth. Their customer service seems to be working from home because I heard the TV in the background very loudly. How is working from home supposed to be safe for an “ identity protection” company? The representative was so unprofessional in her manner of speaking it was concerning. I would not trust this company with my identity as they have no concern for how it is handled. I feel the only concern they have is making money.
