Troubleshooting and flushing of the water system to remove resin pellets from the failed soft water system. Technician was efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. Took approximately an hour and the sales agent was called to come over and advise on a new soft water system. New system was installed the next day

Best service ever!, Had a clog in my pipes and sewage was backing up into my basement sink.It was so easy to get an appointment. The receptionist was very professional and pleasant. Scheduled a service call for later that day. The technician was right on time. e. He fixed my problem quickly and the service was VERY reasonable. I will definitely use Roy’s again for all my HVAC needs, and I love that it is a family owned business.

Tim is the best ever. He knows his work and he identifies the problem on the spot. He worked a miracle in my home. A had a problem with my Air system for a year and nobody could figure the problem. It took him less than 5 mins to diagnose the problem. He fixed my problem completely by the next day. I definitely recommend this company and Anthony to fix whatever problem you have with your air or heat system. Thank you.

Great service from Influence Heating & Cooling Company. Very helpful and patient while we kept changing our minds about what we wanted. Installed ducted heating and cooling on time and efficiently. The whole team was very professional and cleaned up well afterwards. Great to be warm again!

My experience with Influence Heating & Cooling Company was wonderful. They were really professional, and were considerate of my property and my time. They called me a couple of times before our scheduled appointment so I had a clear sense of when they were coming to conduct the work. I got a wonderful bargain on a new AC unit from these guys! Very professional and amazing service. Highly recommended!
