Easy booking, great communication for reminders and delivery times, and zero hassle when they arrived. Delivery and pick up were quick and easy and they took care of everything completely independently.
I've rented from IAP many times over the years and they have always been excellent. They are friendly, easy to contact, and easy to work with. The one time I had a minor issue with a slide, the owner personally drove out within 30 min to solve the issue even through it was off hours and a weekend.
We rented the Multi-Sport, Toddler Bounce & Slide, and Soccer Dart inflatables for our corporate family event, and IAF was fantastic! From the very beginning, their team communicated clearly about arrival times and everything we needed to ensure a successful event. Good communication, set up and take down was on schedule and done well. The kids had a blast on the bouncy house with the water slide. Perfect for a July 4th party!
