When it came time to repower, a friend suggested IBS. Glad I did. I chose to do the rigging myself and Frankie and his 10+ years at IBS made all the difference. Excellent communication skills and knowledgeable about his products. Casey tolerated my endless questions and always got back to me promptly. Just bought my fourth inflatable from Inflatable Boats, this time a RIB to go with new big boat. Have been dealing with Jared since he took over the business and had Kevin Schank as my latest salesman. They are both super! Couldn't be happier with the price, service and quick response to my questions. Most highly recommend them to all.

Thank you Dustin. I purchased a new Yamaha 15 hp and Dustin steered me in the right direction. I ordered it on Monday from factory and by Friday it was delivered. very good customer service. I live over 1 1/2 away and there is a closer Yamaha dealer but I will drive the extra mile to get great service . I seen there shop very clean and professional. Technicians are eager to make sure all needs are taken care of. I recommend this shop to new and veteran buyers alike

I live in Juneau, Alaska and searched the west coast for a specific skiff. I contacted Kevin Schank at Inflatable Boat Specialists. After several phone calls and emails I was satisfied with the model available. Kevin promptly arranged for packing and shipping, which went without s hitch. Skiff arrived as quickly as possible without any issues. Keven followed to make sure sure all was good. I was very pleased with his service.....not to mention the new Achilles 10' inflatable.
