I started looking for a carpet cleaner after i realized it was better to call a professional. There was a strong pet odor coming from my old roommate’s room, and i could not get the cat urine smell out on my own. After checking online and asking for quotes, Infity Carpet & Rug was the only company that was honest and clear about the carpet cleaning process. zachary explained everything in simple terms, including the deodorizing treatment and deep extraction work. The crew was detailed, fast, and did a great job on all the ca... read more

We were really concerned because our dogs had used the basement carpet as their personal bathroom, and we thought we might have to replace the carpet because of the damage. zachary explained the cleaning process very clearly, including what treatment he would use and the chance that any deeper issues might need more work later. They removed the stains, deep cleaned the carpet fibers, and the spots did not come back weeks later like they had with other cleaners. Since then, I have also used their rug and upholstery cleaning services, and the results have been just as impressive. Everything looked fresh, clean, and well cared for. The team was always on time, polite, and professional, ... read more

I had the pleasure of working with Camden at Infity Carpet & Rug for a carpet patch repair that no one else wanted to handle. Other providers said the damaged area was too difficult, but Camden fixed it with skill and confidence. He was professional, easy to talk with, and took the time to explain the repair process and how the carpet fibers and seams would blend back together. The pricing was fair, the service felt honest, and the quality of the carpet repair work was excellent. It was clear he had strong hands-on experienc... read more
