The ladies locker room was VERY cold, the pool water VERY cold. I am a 78 yo with arthritis & severe back pain. Someone should have heated the locker room & pool before clients came in. My therapist Coloe was very nice but that didn’t change my extreme cold. I am coming back Thursday, please be mindful of senior citizens needs & accomidate accordingly while it is so cold. Thank you
