I was referred here after my hip replacement surgery. I love this team! Mechelle is great with scheduling and does her best to accommodate requests for appointments. Jessica and Christie are my physical therapists. They are both amazing! They get you through your paces, cheer you on and encourage you while making sure you’re not overdoing yourself. They kept a check on my wound area as well to make sure that I was healing correctly. If I ever need physical therapy again this is where I’m going to be.
I just called and the lady who answered the phone surely hated her job. She was extremely rude, immediately told me to call number on back of my insurance card (which I already had) told me she couldn't help because insurance agents worked from home, she did not even give me the opportunity to explain I had already talked to my insurance company, so I just ask for an appointment, she then immediately said "you need a referral" not "do you have a referral" (I did have a referral but she was so rude I just hung up) They lost a... read more
