This an unprofessional doctors office. I wait for two hours to see the doctor. The receptionist just gave a vague we’re running behind answer and offered to reschedule. This appointment was for a bandage change that they scheduled. I will be contacting my insurance company to have them not pay the bill and the hospital about they inconsiderate behavior of this office.
The office staff is very rude!!!! I’ve been there several times and they have given me the wrong time of my appointments twice and said it was my fault. I have the text reminders to prove otherwise. They have rolled their eyes when I asked a question about paperwork. They are just so unfriendly. The nurses, Dr Garvis, and other staff are great but not worth the ugliest of the front office.
