Jordan was on time, called before arriving, and kept in touch throughout the carpet cleaning service. He explained each step of the cleaning process in simple terms and pointed out the results as the work moved along. The job included two rooms and a set of stairs, and he spent the time needed to treat heavy pet spots and high traffic carpet areas the right way. Infinity Carpet&Rug Cleaning was recommended to me by my mom and sister, and they were absolutely right. This was the best carpet cleaning experience I’ve ever had.
