Brent from Infinity Carpet & Rugs cleaned the carpets in our four bedrooms, and he did an excellent job. We had a few pet accidents and requested pet treatment, but since there were no visible stains, he wisely decided it wasn't necessary. We really appreciated his honesty, as it helped us save some money. He was quick to respond to my messages and arrived right on time. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them again soon for my area rugs and for our annual carpet cleaning.
My carpets look amazing now! Ryan answered my call on the first try, and we quickly set up an appointment. He even showed up early and completed the job in no time. He was friendly and easy to chat with. I recommend getting an in-person estimate for the most accurate pricing. We did it over the phone and ended up with a bit less square footage included, but it wasn't a big deal since we were flexible about moving furniture and toys. I was really impressed with the two technicians who came to clean my carpets. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they were also the most courteous individuals I’ve worked with in ages. I didn’t realize how much I needed their help until I saw the results—what a transformation in my carpet! I always recommend them over any other service I’ve tried. They consistently arrive on time or even early. If I could, I would give them 10 stars for their outstanding work!
Update for another fantastic job! We've been dealing with these ugly red 'mystery' stains for years. Infinity Carpet & Rugs completely amazed me today by easily removing those dreadful red stains (probably from Kool-Aid). The picture doesn’t capture how much of an eyesore it was! I had my carpets cleaned by a different company before, and they didn’t offer any solutions, claiming nothing could be done. Our carpets really needed a good cleaning. I reached out to Infinity Carpet & Rugs and received a prompt response. We had a lot of space, including stairs, that required attention, and I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable price. Howard was extremely friendly, showed great dedication, and did an outstanding job. My partner keeps saying, 'Wow, I can't believe how great they look!'
