Contacted Thomas for some tax advice regarding crypto. Paid for the call, thought initial chat held value. Thomas said he would call back in regards to taking action on what we had planned within a week, contacted him after a month, to which I replied quite abruptly that I was ‘on his list’….still waiting for the call back a year later. Worked out ok in the end though as I found another accountant that I’m more than happy with and actions their words.
