It takes a while to schedule with them and they canceled the day before the appointment and pushed it back 6 weeks!!!!!. Unprofessional. If someone waits 2 months for an appointment and you all cancel it last minute then atleast have the descency to reschedule sooner. Shame on you. Now my dog is ill because of your negligence.
I had an ultrasound for my kitty a few days before Christmas. The vet I took her didn't seem concerned about her situation or getting back to me, so I contacted Infinity on their website. They responded right away and sent me the report as soon as they were finished. They made sure I had that report before Christmas. I greatly appreciate their kindness and quick response.
