Jeff and his crew were great. They were efficient and cleaned up after removing the trees but what I like best about Jeff is that he doesn't up-sell. He truly loves trees and wants to save as many as he can. Most companies would try to remove more but Jeff convinced me not to remove all the trees I originally wanted to. Definitely will call him again and recommend Infinity to my neighbors.
This place is a joke. I call them and he (Jeff) says I'll meet you today sometime. I say great. So I wait about 5 hrs. Now it's like 530pm. So I call him back and he says oh sorry I'm at at a birthday party, I can meet you at 7pm .WTF.... I say no tomorrow is better. He says let's meet at 8ish am next day, I say sounds good. Excellent professional service. Prompt, great communication and fair pricing. Very happy with their service and will be recommending to anyone looking for tree service.
I specifically asked to notify when they will be on property as I wanted to be present. I literally texted contact the day before they arrived (without notifying me). They missed first appointment (ligitimately so as I was notified they had an emergency). Original quote stated they would lower branches of tree to be cut to protect underlying landscaping. They ended up taking a large branch off an adjacent tree, extensive surrounding damage to hemlock trees, Forsythia, and scrub trees which was not at all expected. Some exten... read more
