Please be warned!!! Anita Florido worked with Amada Cedeno (of Infinity) and promised a few things on paper: that they'll make sure my purchase is legit, have legal access, there are no liens, etc. Basically a title group is supposed to protect us as Buyers! I paid THOUSANDS for Infinity and their insurance, and deed! Guess what? There was a $60,000 LIEN, there was a huge issue between the Seller and the County, and there was no legal access!
