Sam and her team are the best of the best. Deals with many individuals and by far the best.
Please don't use them! I had Anita Florido work with them and hold all my paperwork, as a middle man she said. Paperwork that explained the access, rules, owners info, companies estimate, etc. And then she didn't want to release it for months but promised to finally give all my papers after signing. It's 2 months after signing and nothing came. Now Im being treated as the bad guy while I was promised so many things, that they didn't comply! This is a lack of professionalism, lack of courtesy, lack of kindness...
