I had my first massage here in Mar 2026. I booked with a male therapist as I prefer one. The owner hijacked that appointment and massaged me instead. I thought he was out sick. During the entire time, she discussed every single medical issue wrong with her and her husband including private parts and I wanted to cringe. I should have demanded a refund and left. Have been getting massage at Infinity Four months, I stopped going due to Tammysue, the owner Unreasonable office policy of rescheduling or canceling appointments. I informed the massage person that I was not going to make my next appointment, The massage person said "no problem, she will take care of it."
