My son Domenic has been supported by Infinity, and his worker Kylie has been absolutely incredible with him. Domenic can have some challenging behaviours at times and often struggles with frustration, which can lead to him being verbally abusive. Her support worker, Samara, is fantastic, she’s respectful, patient, and always goes the extra mile to make Chelsea feel comfortable and included. You can tell Samara genuinely enjoys what she does, and that makes all the difference. Amber the Team leader and her team have been so professional and responsive whenever we’ve needed anything.
