Compassionate staff and wonderful doctors. I am a special needs parent and dental visits usually come with anxiety and meltdowns. Not here. I was so impressed with the patience of the staff. They explained every tiny step to my daughter who is non verbal and although she may not have understood everything I could feel the calmness that transparency invoked. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
Infinity Smiles is by far the best dental office I’ve ever visited! The experience is a 10/10—everyone truly cares about your comfort. The team is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything, ensuring you understand the best treatment options for you. I will definitely be back. Dr. Brazile and Dr. Moorehead are phenomenal!
UPDATE: Strangely, this post was published using my middle name rather than my first—confirming I WAS indeed a patient at this office. I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Infinity Smiles. My crown on tooth #8 came out and broke off—with my tooth still inside it. While this office did mention I would eventually need braces to correct my bite, they never informed me that delaying treatment due to financial reasons could lead to my crown dislodging and my tooth fracturing.
