They are now closed for good. It was a pleasure being Dr. Sylvester’s patient for years. I wish him all the best in his retirement and may God always cover him and his family. According to the reviews they're closed which make sense as my appointment was canceled out of no where with no explanation. I was told to call back to make an appointment and was immediately hung up on. I have been trying to call back to make an appointment just to go online and see the reviews. Very disappointed with how this was handled as I have been going here for years. Wow had no idea this dentist closed . I’ve been going here for two years , maybe less. I had a dentist appointment beginning of March , and all Of a sudden they texted me the day before to cancel . I tried calling multiple times and haven’t gotten a response, so this makes sense now . This has happened before in 2023 , and I eventually kept calling and they answered . But this is news to me , what a way to let your patients know you’ve closed down . Wow . Thanks for the update .
Me and my kids have been going to this dental office for over five years, and I’m extremely upset that they didn’t have the decency to inform us about their closure. In January, my son went to pick up his retainer and was told they needed to take another impression because the orthodontist had quit and the retainer was all of a sudden missing. The staff and doctors here were super nice and informative. However, they’re permanently closed now but didn’t properly inform any of their patients. When you have an appointment, you arrive to a door with a sign basically stating that the doctor has given your records to another dental place and left the country in December 2024. It would have been nice to know as I had an appointment today and came to a closed office. I have spoken with the new dental office and they explained the situation to me. Thank you
