The staff and doctors here were super nice and informative. However, they’re permanently closed now but didn’t properly inform any of their patients. When you have an appointment, you arrive to a door with a sign basically stating that the doctor has given your records to another dental place and left the country in December 2024. It would have been nice to know as I had an appointment today and came to a closed office. I have spoken with the new dental office and they explained the situation to me. Thank you
After paying for ortho fast braces in full for my daughter the business closed down. Will not answer the phone, text messages, emails, or walk in. My daughter has missing brackets and wires that are poking her inside mouth because she can't make her every two weeks maintenance appointments due to the dentist closing down without notice
Was here 2020, and loved the place. Decided to come for deep cleaning. On my appointment day, one would expect the staff to get you engage with what she is doing and what she is about to do. The staff applied topical gel to my gum area, did not say anything to me, the next thing, I felt a very sharp pain, she never told me she was about to inject me, at least to get me prepared for pain.
