No costumer service at no call backs You E mail call no response back E mail to cancel and they still charge you and won’t return any phone call at all
We have 2 business systems and 1 home system with Infinity. The sales rep was great, the installer came the next day and set everything up right away and then customer service was non-existent from that point on. I have tried several times to get a hold of Infinity for technical issues or invoicing questions over the last year and no one emailed me or called me back ever. They used to be a great company. However, the last few years, they have really gone downhill. The alarms are not being monitored, I cannot get a hold of them about my account. I finally went with Telus just for some piece of mind. Don’t go with them. You will regret it.
have problem with power supply falling out of receptacle and sounding alarm, ems, fire truck, police show up. Have called Infinity 3 times and still have no return call.
