They try to charge you double the expected quote. Than promise to be there anytime you need them and it does not happen. Ive contacted Mark multiple times without response and the office in the past. Now our card reader won't work. I had to spend over an hour on the phone with HIK customer service just for them to tell me installer will have to visit. We are so happy with our recent Celebright light installation by Infinity Security. The installation was done in a professional manner making sure that everything was precise and accurate. It’s so nice not have wires exposed and the amazing number of light combinations will give us much enjoyment.
We are very impressed with Infinity Security’s installation of our Celebright lighting system. Amanda was great at keeping us up to date with paperwork and correspondence. Many times, she seemed to reply to our mailed questions before we had hit the send button. Mark installed the lights under conditions I would have felt bad sending a dog out in. 2 cold rainy days that would have left anyone in a mood to rush through the job.
