I went in today as a walk in, I called before & they were not busy. Cody cut my hair, i went in and asked for a long bob, keep it at my shoulder & a little stacked in the back. My hair when I went in was half down my back...it was long. He washed my hair...which is all he did right. I get to the chair & he started cutting the back, then he got to the sides & I questioned him, you're keeping it at my shoulder like I asked right?
