Terrible service! Don’t not book! They never showed up after booking a 3 hour window. I called to ask, where is the tech? They said, oh he had an emergency, yet they never called to tell me after I waited at home for hours, then they promised to be there the next day. The next day came and the same thing happened again! No call, no show. Do not trust this company!

Collin arrived right on time and worked efficiently, finishing the carpet cleaning in about half an hour since I already had all the small furniture moved out of the way.
