Collin and his team did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. There were several paint stains in my craft room and noticeable discoloration from heavy foot traffic on my stairs, but they managed to remove everything! There was a slight mix-up with the schedule on the day I needed service, but they kept me updated and assured me they would still come. They worked an extended day to complete both jobs. I had a great experience with carpet cleaning recently. I had a coupon that offered a discount, and while the technician mentioned he would check with the office about adjusting the invoice, I didn't need to worry too much about it. He did inform me that there would be a small fee for cleaning the hallway, which I understood. I discovered Infinity Rug & Carpet Cleaning years ago when my dog accidentally damaged a beautiful Persian rug that my son had sent me. Erik did an incredible job reweaving the damaged area, and to this day, I can't even spot where the repair was made.
