Very disappointing!!!! Bottomline, if your insurance company recommends Infinity, go find your own independent contractor first. My insurance company sent this company out to look at the damage done to my home due to a fire resulting from a failing surge protector. They were here for approximately 15 mins. I asked when they would send me the estimate. They said that they didn't work that way; they would be sending it to the insurance company. Wait a minute! They are supposed to be working for me.
