Have called this company several times to get my royalty check. They promise to do it but still no check for my latest royalties.

I spent 3000 dollars to get my book published, everything was great at first , then Amazon cut off my book and then I couldn't even get my own book, now there is no way to order books. I lost 3 grand! Unprofessional and awful customer service, are they even in business anymore????
