Once the customer has paid their money money, this developer/ staff from this developer team rarely responds to my questions and concerns. They don’t actually care anymore, especially the lady Cathy May who showed up 15 minutes late on my procession date in February 2026. When I pointed out she was late for the set time, Cathy May did NOT even apologize! I sensed deep unprofessionalism. Please don’t be fooled by Cathy May or some “random” online reviews about this developer.
Experience was amazing very friendly staff that walked us through our new home and explained every detail.
