Imagine fiberglass pool was nice. Jandy equipment good. Now for the general contractor.....Late 2 months. Dealing with foundation/structural cracks and Infinity Pools and Stoneworks state they don't warranty their work. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writting. Ran into money trouble toward the end and I had to pay the concrete subcontractor myself. Poor communication...had to constantly call April to see what was happening. Be very careful when you select a pool installation company. Like other reviews stated, Clint was originally eager to help. I thought I had found the best company! It actually was the complete opposite. Started out in Oct-November 2021 when met at the office to pull up our property on google earth. We wanted his opinion on what would look/fit best since he was the professional. We decided on a pool & was told it would be completed by Memorial Day 2022 and would break ground mid April. We had a great experience with Infinity Pools & Stoneworks Inc! Communication was good through the whole process. All questions and concerns were addressed as quickly as possible. The pool and design turned out great! We are happily enjoying our beautiful new pool!
Clint installed our pool and it was completed in time to close it 2020. We were told that he couldn't get the water truck in due to supply challenges so he tested our well water and ensured us that it was good and he filled from our well. A week later our pool was full of scaling. They only addressed it when we withheld the final payment since it wasn't completed. Great Job Team! Due to the many obstacles of supply restrictions and overall demand of pools over the past few years, these guys were still able to deliver a great product that we'll be able to enjoy for many years to come. Clint delivered on all good promises and him and his team were able to help with any and all questions throughout the process.
