I am a therapist who works with clients with a variety of disabilities requiring transportation all over the state of Michigan. After driving behind one of your vans, specifically number 76, today heading towards Ann Arbor at about 2 PM, I will absolutely never refer one of my clients to your transportation services. Your driver was doing at least 90, weaving in and out behind semi trucks, cutting people off, and obviously not paying attention. I would never feel safe putting a client or a loved one in your hands.

Absolute Worse! My mother was scheduled for a eye appoint she waited 6 weeks to get, the pick up time was 2:30 for a 3:30 appointment. They called at 1:34 to tell me they were on their way to get her, I said I was leaving work to meet them at 2 PM. I was told the driver would call me when they arrived to pick up her ...NO CALL. So I leave work at 2 arrive at the hospital at 2:18 sitting in the front lobby of the hospital for 20 minutes until I see their white van drive by. Just watched a white van of theirs run a red light on Ann Arbor Road and Ann Arbor Trail in Livonia this morning. Then went to call the company... Not a working number. Hardly professional.
