This place is fantastic for first timers. The staff were incredibly friendly and made sure I felt relaxed. The piercing itself was quick and nearly painless, and they gave clear aftercare instructions. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

I got my ears pierced in April by them. I don’t have any piercings so I didn’t know what to expect from it. They don’t measure post lengths and put short posts in my ears which caused one ear to embed into my ear! I went back and they fixed it, gave me antibiotic cream to use. I didn’t know this is HORRIBLE to use on piercings because it traps fluid. And that’s what happened to my other ear.
