I was warned by mom's hospice nurse that Infinity is notorious for not claiming the insurance correctly or missing doing so and asked me to watch out. I am still dealing with the pharmacy since mom started hospice care back in October. Even worse, they started charging mom interest even after I had called to ask them to claim with mom's hospice care several times. So bad! Unfortunately, we don't have choice since mom's senior living will charge us $75 if we don't use Infinity.

I am the POA responsible for the payment of my sister’s pharmacy bill. The online payment site login and password along with the receipts for payments, are emailed directly to me. For 3 consecutive months recently, though I receive receipts and I have documented proof of received payments leaving my personal banking account, no documenting of received payments have been entered into Infinity’s System.
