A joke!!! Customer service is laughable. I get there are rules beyond our control but telling mom who's 4 year old is dying on home hospice isnt getting his meds because these petty women dont want to admit their mistakes?? His pain is on your heads.
AVOID! They have been billing my mom without billing her insurance company. She's been paying them over a thousand dollars a month. On top of that, they continued billing her while she was in the hospital and not getting any medications from the assisted living facility. It seems like they are in cahoots with these facilities to steal from the elderly.
Pharmacy manager needs to got back to training on customer service. I had to call because my insuranced call them and spoke to the manage just to be told to have me call and find out “what I’m doing wrong that’s making us go thru the medication so fast”. So I call and I explain I’m calling for this and that because you guys are assuming I’m giving medication wrong. Get transferred to the manager and there was a lot of back and forth. I was warned by mom's hospice nurse that Infinity is notorious for not claiming the insurance correctly or missing doing so and asked me to watch out. I am still dealing with the pharmacy since mom started hospice care back in October. Even worse, they started charging mom interest even after I had called to ask them to claim with mom's hospice care several times. So bad! Unfortunately, we don't have choice since mom's senior living will charge us $75 if we don't use Infinity.
