Through the first 6 months of my child’s life, I am thoroughly pleased with this office and all of the staff throughout. The doctors, nurses and front desk staff have always been happy and helpful with any requests! We have had no issues with getting in on “day-of sick” appointments. We will continue trusting Infinity for our child’s medical care!
Absolutely wonderful staff who are compassionate and helpful and help parents feel taken care of with all the challenges of kid's health. This place feels like an "old school" pediatrician office where you won't feel like just a number in the system, but rather feel like they really care about you and your family.
Horrible experience. When this place first opened, they were top notch. Now, it's just like most other pediatrician's, overbooked and want to stick you with every "vaccine" available. I got in a debate with the pediatrician when I told the nurse my kids were not getting the flu shot; that in my opinion is unacceptable. If it's a choice, then why try to persuade one way or another...only logical reason is profit; shameful.
