Rapid intake, very friendly staff and I’m glad we finally found a good pediatrician for our baby, because we have been previously disappointed! Very happy we found this place. Well worth 40 minutes of a drive.
Experienced Mean Girl energy from numerous nurses, medical assistants, and Nurse practitioners- as none that we saw were doctors. Good ridden to terrible experiences and the fact that when they sent over records, they included info.that my child is on a medicine that he is allergic to . Thank goodness i realized that mistake! THAT COULDVE BEEN A FATAL ERROR, MY KID HASN'T BEEN ON THAT MED FOR OVER A YEAR WHEN IT ALMOST TOOK HIS LIFE! Negligence and bad bedside manner.
In November 2024, Infinity Pediatrics contacted me about my son’s upcoming two-year check-up, even though he hasn’t been a patient since the end on 2023. I again explained why we left. They didn’t even notice he hadn’t been back for over a year. (My original review explains why we left.) This led me to ask my son's current provider if they had received his medical records, and they had not.
