PLEASE STAY AWAY! The owner is extremely rude, and treats others so disrespectfully. I’ve lived in Fort Wayne all 40 years and never ran into such a mean person before.
The physical work done was done well. The job was not a big one, involving cutting down three small birch trees, grinding that small stump and one more stump. Again, that was fine. The biggest problem I had was the lack of communication about coming to do the job. It took me calling the company to get clarification when they were going to be at my place. It was not a major delay. I just didn’t know what the thoughts were on doing the job.
