I was very frustrated with the communication, leadership, honesty, and professionalism of Infinity. The workers themselves did a great job, but make sure you have everything down in writing before you allow them to start your work. At one point Dan and I even shook hands on finishing up a project, and then I never heard from them again. I do not recommend.

Edit: I'm even more pleased. They came back on a Saturday (May 18th) and finished grinding out both my stumps. I removed a sidewalk going through the yard that was too close to one of my trees and they promised to return once the stump and roots became accessible. Very pleased! Dan and his crew did an amazing job removing two large maple trees at a very reasonable price in just one day. Infinity is the most professional and efficient tree service we have ever used.
