Six Month Update. No one has responded from the company after my sending these inserts back by Fed Ex 5 months ago. No guarantee on their work. No customer service. Update: II missed their call. I text them and their solution was to add more foam to the inserts. I asked if they would remake the left one without the cut out of the hard plastic because the foam is not providing the support needed for the arch. At this time I am without inserts and will need to go back in two months to see the surgeon with the unusable orthotic... read more
