Great customer service and reasonable prices! Our AC went out this summer and our home quickly got up to 85+ degrees. The unit was original to the home and we were due for a new one. Joe came out right away to band-aid the problem until we could get a new one installed. To help save on labor costs we replaced our furnace at the same time. Joe, Jacob and Cody are timely, professional quality workers. They had my install done in a matter of hours so I came home to a cold house. Amazing service! We had a pretty severe gas leak and the gas had to be shut off—Infinity came out the same day, on a Saturday, and stayed after hours to get the job done. They were quick, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way we could understand. Our old system was outdated and installed incorrectly, and they replaced the entire thing and made sure to show us all of the changes. Our furnace went out recently just as the winter arrived with such early severe cold spell for the season! Joe responded to our call for help very promptly. Despite his gallant efforts to salvage the unit, we eventually determined that it has reached its end of life.
