Made the mistake of dealing with a Bossy company in SW Michigan that tried to tell me my system needed to be replaced and that the heat exchanger in my furnace was bad. They failed to mention the heat exchanger had a lifetime warranty. I know this because I spent the last 12 years leading a HVAC wholesale distributor. I would highly recommend Infinity Mechanical Services for all your heating and cooling needs. They are very efficient, honest and easy to deal with.
We called Infinity Mechanical when our 30 year old AC wasn't keeping up anymore. Joe had a quick response over the phone and less than 24 hours later was able to stop out and check it out. Joe took his time measuring duct size, calculating cubic feet of the home, and making sure I understood what was needed. Previous to installing our new furnace there were two (2) other furnace professionals that were hired to diagnose, repair or replace our furnace. The 1st spent literally all day doing work that turned out to be unnecessary. They took it upon themselves to do work without consultation and communicated very little. The 2nd suggested we needed a new furnace but had very little to say about specifically what the problem was and how much it would cost to replace. Joe was scheduled to show up at 2 p.m. He arrived at 1:58 p.m. He took great care inspecting our furnace, finding one problem that could have become significant if not fixed. His fee was more than fair AND he filled out the paperwork for us to get a rebate from the gas company. I will not use anyone else for HVAC services as long as Joe is in business, and I hope that is for years and years.
