Our furnace went out recently just as the winter arrived with such early severe cold spell for the season! Joe responded to our call for help very promptly. Despite his gallant efforts to salvage the unit, we eventually determined that it has reached its end of life. Thanksgiving weekend our furnace decided not to produce any heat. We live in Michigan and November 30 was to say the least cold. Based on a recommendation, we called Infinity Mechanical Services and explained our situation. Joe, despite being a Saturday, came to the rescue. He was most professional in his approach to the furnace’s problem, and offered several solutions and explanations about which option to choose. I would highly recommend this company!
Made the mistake of dealing with a Bossy company in SW Michigan that tried to tell me my system needed to be replaced and that the heat exchanger in my furnace was bad. They failed to mention the heat exchanger had a lifetime warranty. I know this because I spent the last 12 years leading a HVAC wholesale distributor. We called Infinity Mechanical when our 30 year old AC wasn't keeping up anymore. Joe had a quick response over the phone and less than 24 hours later was able to stop out and check it out. Joe took his time measuring duct size, calculating cubic feet of the home, and making sure I understood what was needed.
