Joe, Jacob and Cody are timely, professional quality workers. They had my install done in a matter of hours so I came home to a cold house. I’m sure they do quality work, but also I have no knowledge of ac other than it makes my house cold. However, I’d trust any work at my house to any of them! Thank you thank you thank you! Amazing service! We had a pretty severe gas leak and the gas had to be shut off—Infinity came out the same day, on a Saturday, and stayed after hours to get the job done. They were quick, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way we could understand. Our furnace went out recently just as the winter arrived with such early severe cold spell for the season! Joe responded to our call for help very promptly. Despite his gallant efforts to salvage the unit, we eventually determined that it has reached its end of life. Thanksgiving weekend our furnace decided not to produce any heat. We live in Michigan and November 30 was to say the least cold. Based on a recommendation, we called Infinity Mechanical Services and explained our situation. Joe, despite being a Saturday, came to the rescue. He was most professional in his approach to the furnace’s problem, and offered several solutions and explanations about which option to choose. I would highly recommend this company!
Made the mistake of dealing with a Bossy company in SW Michigan that tried to tell me my system needed to be replaced and that the heat exchanger in my furnace was bad. They failed to mention the heat exchanger had a lifetime warranty. I know this because I spent the last 12 years leading a HVAC wholesale distributor.
