Very unprofessional. Grace no-showed for confirmed massage. Doors locked, open sign on. First she said she’s running 15 minutes behind. I show up 5 minutes before rescheduled time and the doors are locked. 28 minutes after original appointment time she texts to say she’s 15 minutes (now 30 minutes behind), and that she’s running over. 5 minutes later she texts to ask if appointment can be rescheduled.
