I called Karen Egbert with Infini Team for a quote on homeowners insurance and decided to not go with any of her quotes. I didn’t sign up for a policy but then received mail asking for a premium to be paid on a policy I didn’t know anything about. I called Karen’s office to get this figured out but can not get anyone to call me back. I’m forced to pay this premium just so it doesn’t go to collections. This a shady way to do business.
