This guy can’t tell the difference between a pool pump that leaks and a pump which lid is closed improperly. I’m a real estate investor that’s sold and bought for over 30 years and I’ve never dealt with such incompetence.
I have been trying to contact you by phone, text, email for a long time but I have no response from you. You have an obligation to repair the paint job which is very poorly done, if you can't please return the money. I hope you assume your responsibilities. Please respond to my contact attempts.
