This warranty team is very professional, responds quickly, and is highly efficient at solving problems in the new house we purchased.
Poor construction and quality. Bought brand new construction in 2022, already have had multiple issues, including electrical concerns and an electrical fire due to poor installation that Infinity’s home water service hasn’t addressed. Multiple window seals and frames have already failed, as well as structural concerns already emerging. Would never by a home made by infinity or their partner Promade, save yourself the stress and drama and go with another, more reputable builder.

4 years now in our new home. Infinity itself isn't the worst, but by far from the best. We had several issues within the first year, a couple were taken care of quickly ... beware ... if you have to deal with their warranty company "Blue Print" the worst customer service ever. I couldn't even give them 1 star. 3 years before our items were completed, and still never got our laundry room exhaust fan working. Infinity just said, oh that's just how quite it is.
