I rented one of the townhouses for a year in Howell. The townhouse was exceptionally clean upon moving in - it seemed like a new build although I know it had been rented for a few years. The carpet had been replaced and the walls freshly painted. It felt so comfortable. I had a few issues throughout the year - entry light was out and had it replaced, microwave door handle broke and they replaced the whole unit. DO NOT BUY houses in Superior Township area, every time it rains you lose power and it takes two days or more to fix it. You are not even available to have food in your fridge, you have to constantly throw it away, houses get very hot or very cold depending on the weather, If you work from home, be prepared to constantly miss work.
Good luck with the house built by this builder. Worst experiences so far and never never never doing business with this Infinity Homes & Co in the future. Their bad service and lack of responsibility will cause you a night mare with your new home. After closing, they will blame everything on you. I definitely not recommend this builder to everyone. I wish I can do -10 stars.
Our home building experience has been wonderful so far.
