Infinity Home Solutions were very professional and timely in providing planning, alternatives, and costs for replacing our current FLIR Security Camera System. Sean, was our primary contact for this project and onsite twice as we pursued continued discussions before selecting one of the alternative solutions. At first hire - they upgraded our existing system and made it functional again. A few years later - hard to get them to respond to contact for upgrades to our Internet/cable and needing replacement cameras. Frustrating because any minor charges to the components needs a re- program or tweak to something that the owner cannot do on their own. Disappointed will be hunting for a new company.
Jay has been amazing to work with and I strongly recommend him. He's a little busy, so communication can be tough, but he does such an incredible job. He took care of my security cameras, surround sound throughout my house and back porch, and our entire theater room. We've had him back to do custom acoustic paneling, fans for our media tower, and to paint our speakers. Can't wait to work with him more on future projects!
Infinity is very knowledgeable and they offer a very fair price for their product and services, and adapt their offerings to fit the clients needs. Communication can be a bit challenging at times because they are spread thin, but in the end we are very pleased with their service.
Everything from quote generation, communication during and after our working together, and the installation of our systems was top notch. Shawn and Brandon were beyond nice, professional, and offered a high level of customer service. They went above and beyond explaining and educating my husband and myself on the systems we purchased. Cannot recommend this company enough to anyone wanting to have security or audio/visual systems installed in their home.
