Pleasent super friendly staff.
Overall, my wife and I have been very pleased with our Infinity home. From the sales center, where we worked closely with Austin, to the design center, where we coordinated with Deziree, the processes was smooth and professional, and in hindsight there is little we would change. While it would have been nice to add a second AC unit, one for the upper level and one for the lower level, the home is well insulated, and we're glad we opted to insulate the entire garage, and include an electric powered fan in the attic. We purchased an Infinity Vive2 spec home in March 2019. We had several issues we asked the builder to address before closing and only a few of them were done. We then asked again for assistance in addressing issues and there was no follow up. Now we are 3 months into owning the home and are getting the problems corrected on our own. 3years ago we purchased a new home from Lennar and it was a very different experience.
