The first day the caregiver showed up late with no phone call. The second day the caregiver z a was late again and left after 1 1/2 hours because she wasn’t feeling good. She didn’t come back for five days and was late again. Almost 2 hours late. I called Infinity at the last minute for a support. They promised to find the needed aide. Since I didn’t know the aide, I called home to be sure that all was fine. To my surprise their responsible Mrs. Swing took the call. She was at my home with the aide: I was just impressed: such a professionalism…. The days after Mrs. Swing came also.
