Our furnace went out and Shane at Infinity heating and Cooling came out same day, showed up when he said he would, in fact texted updates about arrival. He did a great job, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and prepared. Had everything he needed to get our furnace repaired right away and explained what needed done. Not only did he do a great job the day of service but he checked back in with us a week later to make sure everything was working as it should. I highly recommend! Great work and great customer service.
